Если каждый раз писать новый промт, нейросеть будет генерировать разных персонажей в похожих сценах. Чтобы получить серию кадров в одном стиле — как в журнальной съёмке или лукбуке, — лучше использовать другой подход.
Работает простой принцип: сначала создаётся базовый кадр, а затем он постепенно модифицируется. Современные модели (например, Nano Banana 2 или генерация изображений в ChatGPT) хорошо запоминают предыдущие результаты и могут менять отдельные детали, не разрушая образ.
Базовая схема работы:
- Сгенерируйте первый кадр. Найдите удачную композицию — это будет ваш «якорь».

Эмоции и настроение. Сложные эмоции выглядят естественнее, чем стандартная улыбка:
- «Сохрани позу. Уверенный спокойный взгляд прямо в камеру».
- «Эффект случайного кадра: она смеётся и прикрывает лицо рукой».
- «Задумчивый взгляд в сторону, будто она погружена в мысли».
- «Лёгкая ироничная улыбка и приподнятая бровь».
- «Спокойная меланхолия — мягкий взгляд и расслабленные губы».
Игра со светом. Иногда достаточно изменить освещение, чтобы получить совершенно другой кадр:
- «Сохрани позу и сцену. Добавь золотой закатный свет».
- «Сделай мягкий утренний свет через окно».
- «Добавь контровую подсветку сзади».
- «Освети сцену неоновыми огнями».
- «Сделай контрастный чёрно-белый свет, как в кино».
Используя такой подход, можно за несколько минут собрать полноценную фотосессию: один образ, разные позы, планы, эмоции и свет. В итоге получается серия кадров, которая выглядит как результат настоящей фотосессии.
